So I loved this game back long ago when I had it for xbox... So I picked it up for pc for like only 10$ and when I get home I install it, everythings on max settings... (Its a realllly easy to run game) but the damn thing goes way too fast, Ive never had a problem with a game running too smooth or fast... Is there any way to dim it down????

You must have a multicore processor, right?
Some slightly older games run like fast-forwarded video tapes on them. Download a processor manager or something (I don't know how they are called)
