Aw yes, I remember that, it was only about a week before Christmas when they slashed the price in half.

However, it seems unlikely they reduce the price for this one. Mainly because MW2 is expected to be the biggest selling game of 2009, plus they didn't have that offer with WaW last year.

We'll see what happens though.

402 just posted that. So looks like a lot of people will be boosting the Spec Ops achievements since one player can just fly through on casual difficulty whilst their friend sits in a corner on veteran difficulty.

Well, Epic didn't bother doing it with the Gears of War 2 campaign and id say they're just as good as IW. Just have to wait and see I guess.

Indeed, ideally the SpecOps missions will be designed so that co-op action is necessary even on casual difficulty. Also, I'd imagine you would only earn achievements for the difficulty mode YOU are set at, so no free ride.

If I trade in MW at my local gamestation, I could get MW2 for £5, but the question is, do I really want MW2?

It's abit dodgy because the the offer only starts on the day MW2 is released, so unless you can pre-order it in store AND THEN trade in MW and the other half of the money on the day it comes out, then it could very well be sold out, leaving you screwed and upset. I'll pop in today and confirm if you can pre-order a copy in store which they will hold for you for 24 hours to pick up and also bring MW one in to get the half price deal on the day you come in to pick it up.

Probably will work that way though so no worries.

Anyways, I love Modern Warfare, and I am looking forward to playing this shit 24 hours a day. I am not going to get it for PS3, if anyone remembers me playing CoD:4 on the PS3, btw my PSN is NutCancer, (yes the original one.) But, I dont play my PS3 anymore, sadly, because I got my Xbox 360. I will not say why I love my xbox due to if I expose my reason, I will get banned. So, now I play my Xbox. My GT: xHKUxZeroEnigma.

I don't get to play my Xbox all that much anymore but I was playing some COD4 today and was really getting into it again. It hasn't changed at all. I'll have a few good games and the a really crappy one.

I really can't wait for Modern Warfare 2, but I don't think I'm going to get to play is all that much. Most likely only at the weekends.
