Call of Duty 4 never aimed to be a military sim.

CoD4 is fun for the way it is. I say this over and over again, I'll just suck my annoyance up.

Games like Operation Flashpoint 2 are games that aim to be extremely realistic. CoD4 didn't try at all. The devs even stated this straight up. It's a fragfest of a game that rewards kill streaks. I love it the way it is, it's one of them most entertaining formulas in First Person Shooters.

There's no reason for you to come here and rant about the game if you're an exclusive realistic shooter only player.

Well Cod5 was made by a different company and we've seen new features going into this new game so how can people say it's just going to be reskinned? I would actually still want it if it was just a reskinned version.

i sade before that i liked the gameplay of call of duty 4 but air strikes should be removed beacuse the require no skill and just ruin the game

And air strikes don't ruin the game. they are annoying but the game is still amazing.
and they are adding customizable streaks so I'm sure people will be using airstrikes a lot less.
