Woohoo! I got MY first First To Find, and our account's 4th. Here's a copy of my log:
Woo, our fourth FTF! This is actually the first time that I (Mr. TP) have gotten up and rushed out for an FTF. We usually can't because we don't have a vehicle, but this one had too many things going for it so I couldn't really pass it up.
Ms. TP emailed me the new published listing at noon. She actually has the GPS with her in Cayman, but there was enough written and visual info for me to know where this was. I figured most cachers would be at work AND the bus that took me right there was due to come in 7 minutes. So I hopped on and went in, and found it right where I'd knew it'd be.
One piece of advice for the cache owner: You should really change this cache to a Puzzle Cache, since the posted coords are NOT where the cache is. I know it gives a fairly easy and detailed guide in the description, but the fact remains that it's not really a Traditional Cache. Some people just load in coords and don't bother with descriptions; this kind of thing would confuse them. Having it be a Puzzle Cache would absolutely draw attention to the crucial stuff in the description.
Cheers, and thanks for the FTF!
It was for this noobishly placed cache: http://coord.info/GC1RP6F

Is it OK if I ask what kind of GPS everyone is using? I'm looking for a good GPS that I can use to GeoCache, among other tasks. I could read product reviews all day, but I'd rather poll the crew.
Among other tasks? Hmmmm well that depends on your budget. We use the very basic Garmin eTrex H, which runs for about $125, but I've heard that's been discontinued. It's fine for geocaching, and hiking. No maps though.
The next step up is the Garmin eTrex Legend, which is ~$30-50 more expensive. It has basic maps. Then you start getting into the fancy ones. I recommend you stick with the Garmin make though. Lauren wants to get an uber fancy Oregon 300, but they cost $550 CAD. Touch screen, electronic compass, paperless caching... it's a beast!
Almighty master GeoCacher Zerok, do you have any suggestions for any more places to look?
Not without being there man. It's newish cache, with only a few finds. A couple of the comments suggest that it's a fairly decent hide. Maybe take a few pictures of the area and post them here? But without a GPS you might want to shelve this one for the time being.

In other news, I was browsing the somewhat immediate area when I found an insane cache path south of the city of Moncton, New Brunswick. Look at this mofo! [Pic 1/2]
