Yeah, it was on the RSS feed for longer though and I saw it myself.

Valve is very good at teasing their fans. Both intentionally, and unintentionally (just how long did it take for HL2, HL2:EP2, and TF2 to be released again?)

Sniper should still have 1 more item to go right? I guess they'll release that + 3rd spy weapon tomorrow :p

anyone else notice on the Spy's shopping list theres FOUR spaces to pick items? that means the spy has 2 more to go!

Yea I agree, the old watch is shit compared to this one, at least based on what we've seen so far.

The benefits in the old watch are that the cloaking recharges while you're moving, while the cloak 'n' dagger does not. You have to be staying perfectly still, which might be good if you're sitting in a corner invisible, but should you need to make a getaway, and you're running low on battery power, you'll be in a bit of strife.

And the drawback to the Dead Ringer is that you don't seem to have the normal cloak ability any longer, only the feign death cloaking action, which while useful, might not really help you much against sentries and a watchful Engineer.

Looking around the steam forums, some people are expecting:
A) More sniper updates
B) Another Spy update
C) A Engi Update? (Aparently, if you switch the view of the page to code, it will say something like <Spy sappin mah update>)
D) A new Meet the... Video.

Yeah, it does. I think this may just be an allusion to the way that it's as if the Spy has taken over the Sniper's update, though, as opposed to an Engineer update.

I could be wrong of course, we never seem to know with Valve.

It doesn't recharge while you're moving, you have to pick up ammo or decloak.

Wait I'm slightly confused, the C&D watch says it makes you permanently invisible, so that include even when you're getting hit?

I think that the same rules will apply for this watch, if you get bumped into or shot you will shimmer a bit, thus giving away your position.

The only difference is you can be permanently invisible.

And if they are they should just stop working on the game altogether.
