Newgrounds is not a social networking site. Even if they have certain features now that make it easier to contact other users, it's still about the flash community. We don't need a bunch of attention whoring sluts on here.

Personally I keep NG and Facebook as two completely separate parts of my internet life. NG is more for fun, and Facebook is more for keeping in touch with people and making plans... which I suppose would be fun without all the social drama.

Well we do have attention whores on here, but at least they're fun. This is a flash community. I agree we don't need drama sluts on here... although it would be quite jolly to make fun of them, we don't need anymore Newgrounds related suicides.

Yeah that's one of the last things I would want to happen here. The forum community at the very least is very small, compared to the rest of the site so imagine this place's activity spiking with new people who don't know the norms and rules and who won't take the time to get to know them. I like this place because it has a decent sized amount of people who go here and that causes topics to be responded to quickly, yet it's still small enough to recognize people. Advertising on any major social network site and gaining more people on that scale would cause this place to become much less enjoyable because of the clusterfuck that would ensue.
