That doesn't make any sense. When you're older you may study the skin and shit like that in biology. Besides, my left forearm is full of scars which appeared after accidental cuts, and I have a pretty big scar on my left leg caused accidentally by a branch when I was younger.

Nonsense, I've accidentally cut myself on sticks, bits of tin and other various point sharp objects and the cut has stayed. If you're cutting yourself you should really seek help, also the idea of a 'god' makes me urge upon it.

Only because the unintentional cuts where far less major than the intentional. At least in your description anyway, a 'gash' on your wrist sounds a lot worse than a scratch from a seatbelt.
