Hmm. Doesn't look like there's anything obviously wrong with it, but if I were you I'd do two things before buying it:
1. Test-drive, obviously.
2. Have it looked at by a mechanic (if possible). Sometimes cars can look and drive perfectly fine, and still have major faults with them (expensive faults at that). This is especially true for cars with a lot of miles on them.
However, Acura is Honda's 'luxury american car' branch, so if it does break down on you or anything you can get it fixed through either Acura or Honda garage services (besides the names, they're both the same thing, and as such both are very good in terms of customer service). It doesn't look like a bad idea, especially not for the price. I've seen worse choices (my car, for example....-_-).
Provided it passes those 2 things, I don't see why you shouldn't buy it.
