So I was watching Cartoon Network a few minutes ago (boredom was getting to me) watching "Batman: The Brave and the Bold" for the first time. The show's creators are obviously trying to add new characters to spice up the stale Batman content we've seen on TV for the last decade (Sorta like the last director of a Batman movie revamped the image of the Joker and other characters). They've added some really odd characters in this show though...two in particular stood out to me in the episode I watched..

Near the beginning of the episode, the characters "Babyface" and "Mrs.Manface" were revealed....

LOL. MRS.MANFACE?

Apparently the animators decided to make them a married couple as well...here's one scene of them together in this HAWT PIC attached:

I couldn't stop laughing, honest to god, it was the funniest thing I'd seen all day.

It's either a HUGE stretch to get a Dr.Girlfriend-esque character ("The Venture Bros" character who is basically a woman talks like a man) on TV, or it fulfilled some sick fantasy the lead animators got into their heads from fappin to way too much 4chan pr0n pics.

Either way, it was funny as balls to me, and I was wondering if anyone on the Newgrounds community had anything to say on the subject.

The show's actually pretty good. This particular episode was just....weird though, in a funny way.

None of the villains in this show are "NEW"

they're old villains from the golden and silver age of dc comics.

hence why the show is so hilariously corny.

Shame the Wiki is positively lacking in information on a majority of these older characters, the only clickable links are for the major heroes/villains, the voice actors, and some of the older/reused DC characters.

Like, I'd want to know more info on "The Calculator" or other odd characters, but the information seems to be non-existent =(

Aquaman was making Whale noises on a beach, and for a second, Batman thought he was a beached Whale.

if that isn't funny to you, fuck off.
