In a fight between Pico and Hank, i think that Hank would emerge victorious. Pico is faster, but Hank is invincible, just so long as an improbability drive is nearby.

Other than that, of all Newgrounds characters, at least based on Newgrounds Rumble, Salad Fingers would probably win in a fight. He's slow, but the thing packs a punch.
