OK, so here is what happened today.

Some dicks in my 6th period were talking shit on me, calling me out for having a Bob Marley shirt on. These kids think they're cool because they have tattoos and smoke, and I have no problem with that. But they always cuss out kids in the class to show how tough they are.

So this fucker with a shaved head and earings says "Hey poser, take off that Bob Marley shirt" and kept calling me a faggot poser. For a pale white kid he sure tried to come off gangster.

I could have easily went over to him and smashed a chair on his head while he was on some stupid hip hop site, or choked him with my wallet chain, but I've already been expelled from one school this year so I said "If I'm a faggot for wearing vans and a Bob Marley shirt what does that make you? Fuck off."

I then left the classroom for the rest of the period to go film (this was a video arts class,) and when I came back I played some wolfenstein and try to see if LOIC worked on school computers, while the eminem impersonator in the front was listening to some techno.

Then the bell rang, and I was just walking through the parking lot when he came up to me trying to start a fight. I said "Hey, I haven't said anything to you all year, and you are just being a fag." He started saying he was going to shoot my house, but I lived in another city in Riverside county so he couldn't find me if he could make good on his threats.

So he walked off to go with his friends and tell them that I was his bitch. I don't want to fist fight at school, but find me at the parking lot of a mall I'll slit your gut. I went to to office to try and see If I could get him suspended or something, and thats when this happened.

" So thats what he did?"
" Yeah."
" Well it was a good idea for you to come in here instead of dealing with it yourself."
" Yeah, well if you don't deal with it I will."
" What do you mean?"
" I will cut him from rib to rib in your parking lot."
" Just stay calm, we will take care of it."
" You better. I heard at southwest (juvenile hall) they have apple juice and a nintendo 64 for good behavior. Doesn't sound as bad as the other AP tells me."

So I went home, and hopefully tomorrow things will be taken care of.

If they aren't what do you think I should do NG? Keep getting harrassed, Tell the AP again, or make good on my threats?

Perhaps it's the growth hormones they have in milk these days, I hear it's making the kids more aggressive and generally wistful.

Here is my advice, take it or leave it. first you practice thinking. Once you've got that down, you think before you act. That way you avoid starting pointless and stupid fights. Than when you got that down, than you try thinking before you speak. That way you don't say anything that gets you into a shit storm. After you've got that down than maybe you'll make it through life without getting stabbed or thrown in jail.

If nothing happens from hear on out, try to ignore them. All they want is for them to be superior, and with you reacting negatively to it will make them feel superior. IF they do ever hit you first, proceed to fight back, but don't kill them.

Well the fact of the matter is you're most likely going to get caught, the odds are stacked against you and in his favor. Where and when exactly do you expect to pull this off? Most of these schools are covered with surveillance cameras. Assuming you do get caught--which again you probably will--they won't likely give you a light sentence, and that will give your victim an even bigger laugh than before. My advice is grow up, don't let ridicule bother you, and move on. Be the bigger person, by stooping to his level you're only allowing him to win in the end.
