Sadly, that is what most GOP and Gun Owners think, that Obama is going to remove their guns. He is still going to enforce the 2nd Amendment, just going to not allow anyone to buy Assault Rifles.

It doesn't really matter in America. American assault rifles are Pure American Trash. The M-16 is the worst rifle ever, let alone assault rifle. No power, no range, no control, no full auto, its awkward, unscopable, the flamethrower attachment doesn't really work, it gets really really hot because of the gas recycler that runs the length of the barrel, and it's aluminum alloy, meaning it conducts heat incredibly well, the forestock is a joke, and more, like how the recoil loader mech springloads most of the bullet's forward momentum directly into your shoulder, requiring that goofy ass long barrel to bring the bullet speed up to normal, or the poor ass rate of misfire and total lack of accuracy.
USA has lost some very loser ass battles due to the M-16. So good riddance.

Good point, but then you'd just have to look out for the front of your head and hope you can stop that. I guess it could be possible.

The cool thing about M-16's is that the small, fast ammo loads provide the additional advantage of simply maiming combatants, causing moral dilemmas amongst the enemy, and if desired, later interrogation of aforementioned pile of casualties.
