How do i submit an audio with out down loading a flash player? AND, how do i submit any thing?

You need the Flash player to view audio (or Flash, of course) submissions. The chances are that you already have it. If not, then visit Adobe's site and download it from there. And about the second question, you submit Audio here, and Flash here.

Firstly it should be possible from here. Filling in the info and hitting submit should not need flash player, if you can't submit then you will probably need to download flash here.
And the place you can submit anything from any portals is here.
