I'm fed up with this forum now. I would rather be a part of something that had a little more creativity. Like ED. I was quite chuffed with my Sirtom93 article and I decided to make an article ED is sorely lacking (and also about me.)
You have no idea how close this is to exactly what I've recently experienced. ED, for whatever reason, is like a creative cauldron in a sea of dullness; it's a godsend for writers who are well-versed in e-culture, and once you get down wikiediting to a science, it's so much more fun and interesting than hanging around a stagnant forum like this, where there are so few collective interests and progressive pursuits, and such a lack of unique content.
ED actually is the cutting edge of the internet, seemingly replacing the old guard of Newgrounds, eBaums, etc. I rewrote the Newgrounds article, partly in response to the frustration this site engenders these days, and partly as my attempt to immortalize forever that which has finally passed into obscurity and old age -- not a demonization of the site, but a fondly scathing recollection. It is, I believe, an intriguing but necessary evolution in the course of the internet.
I believe I recently helped you out with and wrote most of the Sirtom article, as well as the Dick Neck article. I'll give this one a read-through.
