Does anyone else think that a VBulletin kind of "User CP" would be nice?
Or at least just the thread subscription feature added somewhere in the "My Account" page.

I frequently use my User CP in VBulletin forums (just one actually) to track topics ive posted in.
Its somewhat hard to remember where you posted something in NG (for me?).
I always have to bookmark all the threads in which i await a response...

(Sorry if asked before. The forums search engine is not the best either. =P)

Our Account Options page acts similarly to that of the vBulletin user control panel, but it's based on the entire site, rather than just the forum. If you want to perform administrative tasks over your account, then you can use it.

Account Options

If you want to check for a post that you have made, then I'd suggest looking through your posts (which can be found by author search in the forum searchbar) and using control+F to search for keywords in that post. If nothing can be found on one page, then look on the next. You don't have too much posts, so it shouldn't take too long to find a certain posts.

Well yeah the "My Account" section only lacks a "subscribed threads" feature actually, i was a bit off when talking about the whole VBulletin Ucer CP.

Of course i could find all my posts with the search engine but having thread subscriptions is just so much quicker and all.
And my posts are increasing after all, not? =P

I guess not many here feel the need of it.
Didnt really think this topic would make admins consider a change in the site structure anyway, but thougt i'd mention...

You could create a bookmarks folder for BBS threads that you want to keep an eye on. Just replace the page number with 99999, or something like that, and you'll always be taken to the most recent page when you click.
