Some things I figured out:

1) The girls are not kidnapped. They come from a village where they are risen to become "meat" during the yearly religious festival.

2) This is happening in Vietnam, not in China.

3) The person who wrote the page is not the criminal. He obtained the photographs through an email and is rising public awareness so that the actual criminals will be arrested.
