Why the fuck are people still talking about Green Day? They've been gone for as long as they were the first time before they came came from being popular when I was a kid.

I just downloaded their new album, it's pretty good. American Idiot was better, but their new album sounds a lot like their older stuff, which is awesome.

I saw them on their American Idiot tour. One of the few bands that sounds better live than on their albums. I'd be up to see them again.

Heh, they're touring the UK, and they've practically sold out at every venue. At least the ones near me. Why would I check London?

but yeah, tickets are like £40, idk if you live in the UK or not.

Nope, North Carolina. Hopefully I'll be able to see them this time around too. The concert I was at had My Chemical Romance too, but it was like four years ago. Green Day got really interactive with their fans at the concert, they seem like guys I would pal around with.

Haha, wow, MCR and Green Day in one concert? I think I would have creamed myself. Though there have been rumours that they'll have support from The Living End, which would be pretty sweet.

so you hate Green Day because their songs are similar to other songs in the same genre? un-fucking-believable. that's not a valid reason to hate something. unless you are desperately trying to find a reason to hate something.

I dislike them because they're fronted by an old man from california who acts like a teenager from England... that after decades of guitar practice still can't play anything more then a powerchord... who garnered the bands fame in the underground punk rock scene... a scene that despises everything Green Day have become.

They're about as fake and as talentless as you can get... and a general insult to the art of music.
