My San Jose Sharks get eliminated from the playoffs by the Anaheim Ducks. What a bust of a season.

My Utah Jazz get eliminated from the playoffs by the Los Angeles Lakers. Way to slip down the stretch, Utah.

So yeah, I'm pretty vulnerable right now as my gaurd's down from these defeats. Go ahead and rag on while the getting's good, Newgrounds.

You know you've always wanted to. . .

Your post count indicates you've spent far too much of your life on this website and it's forum...Imagine what you could have accomplished if you had devoted that time to your studies, or a job. Oh sure, maybe things are fine now, but there's little doubt that things would still be better. But you didn't, and what do you have to show for it? A pair of sais and a golden aura which makes you the bane of 13 year old misanthropes the world over. Congratulations

Sharks always choke, they were the same team as last year when they lost to Dallas and Anaheim is a much better team than the Stars. The over all shots for the series is ridiculous though. All hail Hiller!

*GASP* RIVAL. I don't think so, the Bulls will send them home early.

Also my Blackhawks just eliminated Calgary and the Bulls tied it up on Sunday on their way to a triumphant return for the NBA title.

Although back in October both the Cubs and White Sox chocked miserably in the playoffs.

I still wore my Brady jersey to school the next day. I'm not from NE, but my Dad grew up in Boston, so we always kinda rooted for NE teams. I figured, "Hey, I was talking enough smack beforehand, I might as well take the ridicule." My only consolation is that there was no way anyone could refute my claim that the Pats were still the best team in the league

The Heat weren't the worse team off by far. Did you see the score of the Nuggets/Hornets game? The Hornets lost by 58! So when you look on the internet or look in the paper at any point, and see the score of the game, it's not a misprint. The Hornets really did lose that bad!

It somewhat is when you're as passionate about sports as I am, whether you're participating in them or not. It's WAY more serious than what the internet is.

Which movie? The first one or the second? They sucked in both of them before ultimately winning? Who honestly saw it coming? :S

I honestly don't understand how the outcome of a sports game can ruin people's nights.

I know I have no stake in it, but when you're rooting for your favorite team come playoff time, you can't help but want them to succeed. If this was during the regular season, I wouldn't think twice about it.

However, it's different with the playoffs. You know your team is one of the teams that have a shot at winning a championship. Both my basketball team and hockey team losing on the same night and losing their shot at a championship just kind of sucks, especially in San Jose's case. They win the President's Trophy for the most points in the league, and they get bounced in the first round.

Like I mentioned in my OP, bust of a season. They sure did pull a Houdini on me and all the other San Jose fans around the world.

Trade Joe Thornton. NOW.

There is nothing more manly than manly men with big manly muscles running after the same manly ball for 90 manly minutes straight while their manly sweat is soaking their manly shirts.

Sooo.. soccer boys have manly little whiny penalty milking runts who still sweat, who still play with a ball, for illogical reasons other than their rules that you can only kick the ball. The fans of soccer are awesome tho, riotous fuckers, not like the pussywillow players.
