Either soundfonts (Google) or Vst's like Edirol Orchestral.
Too lazy to link
However, do you want it for free or can you afford buying it?

If it's cheap, I can buy it. I'm not willing to go above $90 though.
What are soundfonts, how do I install them, and will they work with different tones?
Sorry, Im kina new to this stuff.
Yes.

you can usually just drag and drop a soundfont file into FL Studio (assuming thats what you use) it comes as an .sf2 file that you may need to unpack before installing it. to do that you might need to download another program that extracts packed files like .rar files and others i personally have a program called "extract now" to extract things if necessary. but installing them is simple (drag and drop) into a plugin specifically made for soundfonts like fruity soundfont player or maybe something else made specifically for the files
i tried to be simple but i probably confused the f()ck out of you my bad..
hope i helped though

just to pipe up I have yet to find a convincing sounding violin soundfont and I have hundreds that I have collected over the years - I would suggest looking for a violin vsti instead.

You go to college? Or even high school with an orchestra.
Go find a violinist and ask if they want some recording. They'll be all over it if they're smart.

Where's the violin in that massive post of links?
If your work isn't worth fighting for, it's not worth uploading on NG, period. (JrHager84)

Good question.
Unless you're being sarcastic. If that's the case, then why shouldn't the OP have to click through a few links?
If you're not being sarcastic, I looked at a few of the sites and didn't find a violin sample, but I didn't look at any of the places whose URL implied they catered to the VST market, so who knows.

Agreed with Chronamut there. It's very hard to get a soundfont to sound out all the minute details in a violin. Same goes with strings really though, although there are tricks around that.

Any string instrument has nine million nuances. You can play the same note on three different strings, with a different tonality on every one of them. You can do your vibrato a few different ways. You can bow, pick, strum or slap it differently. If you play near the bridge it gets tinnier but if you move towards the midpoint of the string it starts getting thicker.
Nothing but an incredibly extensive sample collection is really going to convince anyone about a string.
This is pretty much just as true for the winds. It's the bane of electronic music I guess... and why good orchestral VSTi's cost hundreds and thousands of dollars.

Here's a more helpful link to a NG thread named Orchestral Samples.
As free option I suggest Papelmedia soundfonts and DSK Strings (links in the thread).

DSK Strings (VST) and Squidfont Orchestra (.sf2).
How about you join the NGPD? Just what is the Newgrounds Police Dept.? Click the link and find out for yourself!
