At my high school, I would go on forums when I was in my computer class. I used to go on NG before it was blocked by the school.

I used to use proxys to look at porn or go on hentai forums when I was into that.

Well my school was a school to teach guys to be priests till very recently

They havn't blocked it at my college, mainly because it can be used as a place to research.. therfore if tey block it, they prevent me from doing work =]

my school locks every website someone goes on as soon as they go on it unless it's approved. I can google search a specific video and watch it though, if I haven't already.

I doubt that you would get suspended for going on Newgrounds, the website itself was not made to target Religious groups, and there are really only a few BBS threads that are specifically offensive to spiritual sects as well. I mean, you can be at a hardcore catholic school for all I know... But they wouldn't dare suspend you, just hang you by your thumbs because why give you the benefit of missing school right? :P

My school has everything you can think of blocked. but occasionally in computer class, the server will go down, and we can get on myspace, NG, ect.

My school recently got this neat little program that detects when proxies are being used through the network or something and reports the person's name near instantly. Needless to say there is no getting around our weblocker because of this.

I'd say yeah. They block newgrounds and every other flash site. And by every other site, I do mean EVERY other site. They even block the proxies so I can't pass the filters. Fuck, basically all I can do is check the news.
