It's because January's meet was so awesome, I think people are assuming it's going to be the same, but it's not... IT'S GOING TO BE 1000 TIMES BETTER.

We missed the karaoke bar last time round, but I'm hoping to book a hotel this time around so we can stay and do these awesome things that we missed out on. Mainly due to us going to some lame Aussie bar which just deflated us entirely.

By the way, you missed Jen off the awesome list. Oh yeah, the postman woke me up this morning delivering the Pink CC, thanks for sending it so it arrived when I'm on nights and sleeping.

For anyone staying in town for multiple days looking at accomidation options we're on the outskirts of zone 2 near new cross. Kinda farther than i would have wanted but it was cheaper and i was able to get an actual house.

It seems to be normal for there to be a main meetup day, where everyone turns up, then there's other days surrounding that day that are more relaxed and unplanned, where fewer people attend. This is normally those flying / travelling from far away so they don't have to fly back the same day. As far as I know anyway.

Can I just say that if the Swine Flu cases in London reach a global pandemic then the chances of you guys being able to fly over here will probably be extremely slim. We're already having cases of the zombie outbreak like in Mexico, it's only a matter of time until it reaches Phase 6.

I'm not saying I believe in this, but if the government are to stop flights, etc then then could be VERY problematic, they seem to be making a very big deal over it so this could very well still be happening in the 85 days left to the meet.

I'll be *very* upset if they cancel international flights - I'm flying out to the US a month after the meet :/ They can cancel them while I'm there though, if they want, then I don't have to come home <.< >.>

Probably some cheap Travelodge like place that I can dump the car at securely for a few days, then get into the city on the Tube.

I seem to remember that we stayed at one near Chessington when we went to Wimbledon about 10 years ago.

theres a few people staying with me, i havent figured out exactly who yet but generally its people who fly in from out of the country and are doing the whole week long thing.

We have had some people crash for a night and that is usually no problem as long as you arent a bed wetter or something. As previously mentioned ill probably have a room or two at a hotel nearby for fri-sat night so maybe ill coordinate to have a few people crash there. Mature people. The kind who dont need to be supervised. That cuts the list down to like a handful.

I may be able to attend. I'll keep it in mind.
