well I thought it was a trace too at first. I mean your lines are all curvy, which questions how you could ever figure out what parts of the body goes where.
Spending very little time is not an excuse nor something that shows how much skillful you are. Do some more work so people know your capabilities, cuz right now, it looks as though all you can do is trace.

Showing the reference pic might save you, if it happens to look nothing like this, which i doubt.
And are you really expecting us to believe that you drew 3 pics that just happen to be identical with the exception of the shading technique? While its possible you drew one and then traced the others from that, one of those is definitely traced from your reference pic.
I agree with the flesh...
Why not try to make a drawing as good as you can possibly make it, before asking other poeple for advice. You'll only have poeple point out the things you already know are wrong, and you don't learn anything from that.
I like the first one the best though, simply because it's simplicity seems to edge more towards a stylistic choice whereas in the other two it seems to indicate laziness.
