I have sent a personal message to a newgrounds staff and he has to answer me 3 days...Does anyone knows how many time they need to answer you?Or they don't answer you at all?

They have very busy lives and get tons of pm's. So they don't always get back to you right away. Give it some time and if you still don't get a response try again, but don't spam them with messages.

Like said above they could take a long time to answer, so just be patient. If it's really not that important then they probably won't answer you because they are very busy people on and off the site and get 100's to 1000's of PM's all the time.

Then you shouldn't be too confused, but I will try to help. Go to the flash portal and vote on the purple submissions. This picture should help.
