Thighs- Connected to the pelvis, where reproductive organs are located.
Feet- A common fetish, because feet are shaped like a womans body.
Elbows- Shaped like a breast.
Necks- If you have neck fetish you are gay.
Ears- Soft like a womans vaginal tissue.
Hands- Good for grabbing ;)

As a masochist myself, I know how pain can feel good.

However, they OP is talking about disproving fetishes with a biological explanation, meaning there's some biological reason why these fetishes occur.

Pain can be interpreted as pleasure, but the question is why one would even be drawn to that in the first place. ie: masochism.
