(Sorry I asked this yesterday and didn't get an answer cos I wasn't detailed enough) Atm I get a sprite sheet on paint and paste the bits I need into the "Movie Symbol" thing But it has the annoying white box around it that I can't remove I cant put the Sprite Sheet on photoshop and save as PNG because when I import it it would have all the sprites in 1 picture
So how do I remove the white background around the "Movie Symbol" thing? (Btw your gonna have ot treat me as a complete noob-I dont know hardly anything about Flash or Photoshop)

Copy and paste it in, then right-click the image and click "break apart".
Then select the lasso tool, then at the bottom of the toolbar select the magic wand. You should now be able to click the white background and press delete.

I'm right in saying this, aren't I? You have a sprite sheet, and want to use the sprites in Flash, yet your sheet has a white background which you need to remove before you can use said sprites?
Take a look at this tutorial, and choose 'Colored Background' when you reach that section (that's right, white counts as a color). Also, 'Import to Library' is under 'File'.
Doomsday-One, working on stuff better than preloaders. By the way, I made the 'Create an Animated Sprite' preloader for Sprite TV 3!
