I just got an iPod, and I am waffling over whether or not to get the
SNL - Best of Chris Farley,
SNL - Best of Dana Carvey,
or
SNL - Best of Will Ferrell

What would YOU suggest???

It's a toss up between Will Ferrel and Chris Farley... I'd say Will Ferrel :-\

I'd get that one black guy. I forgot his name but he did that skit where he reviews viagra and downs the entire container of it.
That guy's awesome.

I think I remember the Will Ferrel one being funnier. I have both but haven't watched them in a while.

Why is it that a man can't hold another man's scrotum in the palm of his hand (as an act of friendship) without risking being called a member of the homosexual community?

Yeah, I'm definitely getting the Will Ferrel one.
Now, should I get the Chris Farley one or the Dana Carvey one?

You could get two? Will Ferrel and Chris Farley.

Chris Farley... Dana Carvey is funny. But his stand up routines are hilarious. Chris Farley had more memorable skits I believe.

Well, I could also do any of the other Best of's, not just the two.
I mean, I could go with Best of Christopher, or Best of John Belushi, or any of those.

I'd say the best of Chris Farley, i've watched it and it had some pretty classic stuff in it. Adam Sandler would be the other choice i'd say, for a best of from snl, or john belushi.

Get the Best of Will Ferrel part 2 if you can, not part 1. Part 2 has a sketch on it called "Mr. Tarkanian" where Ferrel plays a deranged office manager who treats his employees like utter shit. It's banned from ever being aired again due to mentions of torture and rape, unnecessary violence and guest stars Pierce Brosnan. I swear, it has to be the funniest sketch to come from SNL in the past 10 years.

I suggest that you buy all of them, because that's exactly what I did.

But, if you have to buy only one, then I'd suggest that you buy Will Ferrell's, as he is the most "modern" of the three.

Steve Martin's bits on SNL are pretty good.
I especially liked that skit where he went up close to the face of another guy and talked casually.
I don't remember what episode that was though.

if you really have to pick one, go with Chris Farley, but why not all them? unless those aren't free...
