Anger ventilation

What do you do when you get pissed off at a video game? I usually:

- Throw controller or Xbox headset
- Swear at TV
- Headbutt controller
- Put head in pillow for a minute, usually after throwing something (If I'm REALLY pissed off)

In multiplayer.. I laugh it off. Unless it was an authentic anger, then I kinda.. no I laugh it off.

In single player though, (Mostly the driving in Mass Effect) I let out an "Ah jesus, now I gotta start over".

If its online stuff then I get aggravated and cuss, but if it's single player things like constantly failing a certain fight or something then I get aggravated and slap at my bed or chair. My hand movement on the controller is also a lot harder, so from like pressing A or tapping the Analog stick to mashing A and pushing hard on the Analogs.

Wow, I didn't realize how pissed off some of you get at games, If it is annoying you, Just put the controller down, Turn off the console/Walk away from the PC, and come back later, Instead of making your self look silly (especially in multi player games) by cussing the other person.

My record is 11 times in a single day. Felt pretty nauseous and shitty around the 7th or 8th time, but I still made it.

sometimes I throw a game box next to my friend like a ninja star so it barely misses his face

what I do mostly is get annoyed cuss under my breath and then calm myself for a minute because sometimes when I get angrier i'm not as focused

death screen: continue cussing but not as loud
reload the game and play through it again: whisper to myself how gay the game is being
rinse and repeat until I win or get so ticked off that I byte my controller/mouse and start hitting the sofa.

When a game annoys me sufficiently, I may star yelling profanities. It wasn't until recently when I played DBZ Budokai 3 when my frustration boiled over and I wound up tossing a controller. It still works, but the D-pad is a little wonky now.

I´m not able to do that. I want to beat the part i got frustrated by, i just can´t let the game beat me like that.

I might start making the motion of slamming my controller down on the floor, but I'll stop about half way. Or maybe I'll hit it into a pillow.
