Yeah, the school'll make money out of it. But it'll help get better computers, plus we really only had one vending machine, and it was completely unreliable.

Good Lord, that is an incredible machine of incredible wonders. How much was it?
It was somewhere between $6000 to $8000. All I know is that the school received like $18000 from donors. I live in a somewhat expensive town.

So does that machine dispense ready-to-eat noodles or what? If so, that's kind of cool although I'd be concerned about the healthiness of the meals it provides.
Yep, it'll dispense cans of ramen! I know about the high amounts of sodium along with every single one of my friends. We won't eat it like every single day, but we'll eat it when our stomachs growl.

They'll probably over charge for it when it's one of the cheapest things you can buy.
Well they'll make it more than 20 cents. One of my teachers said that they're debating on the price right now. They're fixed in on the 60 cents to $1 price range though. Plus they'll have a variety of ramen.

Am I the only one that thinks this is a terrible idea?
The way you made it sound, it does sound like a terrible idea. But we're a health-conscious school which eats ramen only once or twice every week. The school spent money on supplies already and ramen is pretty popular here.
