Study ActionScript and socket managment for about five years, prefferably in a very pricey university, get hired in a big Flash games company and get teamped up with highly capable people, work on teh game for an year or so, and you're done.
Or you could tap your red shoes three times...

But its true. You cannot just expect someone to know EXACTLY how to do it. You need to learn the fundamentals of flash, and then also learn how to make a multiplayer world, which you would need to know sockets of course, but databases, and much much more.
If you are serious enough about it, why not ask the creator for some tips, but do not act like a noob or he will *DELETE* your message.

Its not overly difficult to make a basic game where just a few variables are exchanged and such but a fully arena game such as stick arena is difficult. If you wouldnt class yourself as an advanced actionscripter I wouldnt suggest you persue this idea any further. If however you do then I would recommend downloading the free version of Smart Fox Server. It is a good place to start as they provide many examples to help you out. It can be run locally and you can connect to it locally aswell. If you are wanting this up on the internet it will cost you a fair bit of money to buy the amount of sockets possible. Ive seen prices from around $100 for 100 sockets per month. That means only 100 players can play at one time. Your probably look around $1 per connection per month relistically. This will come with some webhosting aswell thought.
