A couple nights ago I was asleep and woke up, but not really woke up, it was as if I was awake but I was paralyzed, like I couldn't move. It wasn't a dream, because I felt it; I felt the innability to move and I kept trying but I wasn't able to, and like 10 seconds later my arms and legs flew out of possition and I finally woke up.
Anyone got an explanation of this or an alike happening?

I've herad of the official term, but I can't remember it... Sleep paralysis or something obvious like that. It happens to everyone at some point.

I have actually had this happen to me once, it was really scary but only lasted for about 20 seconds. I wanted to scream out loud but I couldn't, I couldn't do anything.
