They technically don't deserve jailtime based on law.

Didn't Sweden just recently changed it's copyright laws? I don't know if this had any effect on the case though.Also I doubt any of us has actually studied Swedish law, so it's tough to say what it actually says about this whole thing.

On a somewhat related note, although most of you probably hate this idea. I think the Internet should go to a more unanonymous direction. People should behave on the net as they normally do in society. Yes, some people would do this stuff on the streets but I think it would help remove the safety of no one knowing (or thinking that no one can find out) who you really are.

Now that I think about it, Ebaums is actually worse. Although they aren't damaging an industry.
