Not so much the second part, but at least the higher-level users have something promising, and if they are not so high of a level, I look at when they signed up. The older, the better post to come.
But at the same time I find it interesting if a level 1 user, who´s only been here for a few days, makes a very long post about something. I always think that that might be a guy to remember.
Urk, I see those as trolls. Usually, they tend to stick around for like five days, and then they disperse. It's almost as bad as one-liners. A few of them, although, do stick around afterward. Those are the users that should be and will become greatly respected.
Conclusion: levels matter. ;P
