The 2cm daredevil caused all kinds of medical problems when it swam through the teenager's urethra.

The fish, which is thought to be a small member of the Betta genus, measured 2cm long and 1.5cm wide.

The patient was later offered counselling.

Yes, you see I slipped and when I fell I landed awkwardly on the fish. Unfortunately, the zipper on my trousers was broken and as I was wearing no underpants at the time, as my washing machine is also broken, the fish unfortunately came into contact with my nether-regions.
