Wow I really underestimated NG, when I threw my vote in it was at like 45 or so.... I hadn't read the 1 million par though, that's just bullshit and makes this pretty much a waste of time.

I'm fairly certain that you do, because you have to confirm your vote via e-mail to get it registered.
