how do you link to flash in a post?

You just post the link in a stand alone line with no other text in the line.

You can't, it's something that needs added in my opinion.

Put the link of a flash/audio submission on a line, and nothing else (no extra spaces or unnecessary HTML).

For example, on a single line, this link: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/49 0280
