To all these people who are giving it the "WHAT YOU HAVE TO BE 18 TO BUY GLUE":
Yes, shops have restrictions on a lot of products. It's really not for moral reasons, it's more like, if a shop sells some glue to a kid and the kid uses it to get high, the police are going to ask him where he got it and the kid will immediately name the shop he/she got it from. If companies restrict any product that's remotely dangerous it basically covers them from any blame for anything an idiot does with one of their products.
You all know what parents these days are like; they'd rather blame the big corporations for their child's mistake rather than take some responsibility themselves.
