I have spent a long time on an animation I have made, but its pivot...
Should i submit is anyways or not???

You probably shouldn't, odds are it will get blammed. You probably can't submit it anyway because it's not a .swf

That's up to you. I would suggest not to, simply because Pivot work will pale considerably compared to most of the work here made in Flash, which is what the Flash portal is designed for anyway (not to mention you'd have to download Flash or some equivalent to convert your Pivot .gif into an .swf file).

You could post the animation on your userpage instead.

Also, title your threads appropriately in the future.
