I've only actually seen this commercial on Comedy Central, I haven't seen it on Nick or anything that's mainly for kids.

I noticed this for a while as well, mabye if a bunch of guys dressed up in spongebob costumes id drop itr, but this doesn't look appropriate. Its a subliminal sex message to kids in a way.
