No, you are NOT OK. Yes, she COULD be pregnant, because (if you are only 15) there's a reasonable chance that a small amount of sperm was leaked out during sex. You don't have to cum for it to get someone pregnant, especially if you're (obviously) still inexperienced, as those muscles holding the tubes shut won't be very strong yet.

It doesn't matter how many times you took a piss beforehand; the sperm (if present) would have been released into our pre-cum during sex due to likely having under-trained seminal valve muscles.
