When you walk around downtown there are always those street people like buskers and preaching bums. Do you guys mind them?

There`s this one guy that yells out `Believe in Christ` randomly at this one corner. I personally am not bothered by them and find them kind of amusing, I don`t know if that is right. Do you guys stop by to watch a busker or maybe hear a bum preach every now and then? Do you give money to them?

Basic bums sort of make me feel weird. I don't enjoy walking by them and hearing their rattling cups and feeble begging.

They annoy me, because they actually come up to me and greet me with a long sob-story about how they need (x) amount of money to get into such-a-place and blah blah. I don't give them anything.

Oh yes, I tend to avoid beggars. Those guys are the real deal and they scare me. Apparently most actual hobos have mental illnesses so I am afraid them may turn dangerous all of a sudden.

I walked around in China Town in Toronto once... it was just great.

Homeless people, people begging for change, people smoking pot everywhere... I just love going in a crowded Urban area... I think I'd love New York.

Homeless people are very colorful and eccentric people, weirdly enough...
I mean, think about it. They are the people who have gone through a lot of rough times in their lives; from drugs and alcohol, back to non supportive families, they must all have stories to tell.

It would be interesting to hear a story about one of their lives, if you could hear it coherently :)

I don't really mind them, but there is this one in-particular that scares the cr*p out of me. A bum comes into the train station every now and then with a guitar. (Not sure how he got it) He plays it and then after 5 notes or so he screams out 'YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!', which makes it scarier because the train station makes echoes. Lol

There's not too many bums or any of those types around where I live, although there is one bum who's always sitting in the same spot on the guardrail every Friday, and he likes to hang outside the KFC.

MODS, don't ban me! I said "lol @ Black Jews" since they stand on city sidewalks and preach their bullshit such as how "JESUS WAS BLACK!!"

Just recently there have been bums who push people into the subway tracks. I try not to stand near the tracks anymore, other than that they are quite harmless albeit very stinky.

Funniest thing I`ve witnessed was when I was in a street car at about midnight and a hobo was stumbling along and passed out right in front of the Beer Store. Everyone in the streetcar that saw had a good chuckle.

There's not much street people here in Finland, the occational busker, and In Helsinki, last summer there was a lot of talk about Romanian beggars.

I don't really mind them, they're just another side of the society.

Over here, they just sit still with a sign and a cup in front of them. That's what most people found most uncomfortable about them, they just sat there.

I bump into a bunch of bums. Some of them ask for change, some of them just saying a friendly hello with a creepy smile, even some of them asking for drugs! But I just walk away, ignore them. They don't bother me.
