i don't think many people on newgrounds put that much effort into their posts. i'll be honest, a lot of mine don't have that much effort, but the ones that do do get some responses.

Yeah, I've experienced similar things. Like when I post something I think is really great and I have high expectations for it, but it never seems to get off the ground b/c no one seems to notice it and then I get all pouty faic. Bleh.
