Unless the USA takes over the world, I don't see how anyone outside of the USA is to know of those things, except if they've read up about it.

Social security card is the card that allows you to get government services. It's a series of numbers. I think it goes something like Two digit state, 3 digit year code, and 4 digit random number or something similar. I don't know, I really don't pay attention to my social security because I don't need it for anything.

I also wouldn't use it, considering those things are monitored, thus a fairly great trap for any moron using it.
