Although I am sure it pretty much answers itself. I have very little animation skills (if none is considered little), and voice acting does not sound like something I could go into (although haven't tried.) So that brings it down to writing. Are you able to post..."script" ideas. For animators. If possible, how would that go about?

Post them on your news post and link them in your forum signature if you want to give them a bit more "advertisement".

If you feel like you could do a good job of making a script, you can alwyas try to contact some flash artists who you feel would like to animate it.

Also, general questions about Newgrounds should go in the Where is / How to? forums.
