We often believe the opposite of love is hatred. It is not.

The opposite of love is fear, and it is the worst to feel simply because of its opposition to that which is best.

heartbreak, definately the worst feeling ever, you get this feeling you never even knew existed, like an actual pain in your heart and you feel empty, and sick in the stomach and everything, and it lasts for so long and is just horrible! all emotions to do with heartbreak arent good at all!

Probably regret. Jealousy comes in second/third.

It usually means you are insecure about yourself and are only going to do harm to someone else or your own self. In short, no good can come from it.

Emptiness, when you no longer seem to care about or feel anything. At first you don't really notice, as you don't feel anything, but after a brief period of this, it hits you. Hard.

Guilt, loneliness, and depression. Those are the crappiest ones for me.

Anger i think is an annoying one especially when you feel you can't express it without stabbing someone in the nipple.

I say so many stupid things and mess so much stuff up and I wish I could change it all or just kinda disappear. I usually get this really weird feeling in the pit of my stomach and every thing feels kinda hot.

The worst emotion to feel is Anxiety.

Seriously, It could fuck you up. There's MULTIPLE Diseases That are from Anxiety, It could cause depression, (Also another bad one) and its just not pleasant.

Embarassment and/or regret, as you said.

For quite a bit of my life I've made a complete fool of myself. Most things I've said/done have been summed up in a smaller amount of words/done by another person, but better. I then later come to regret the statement/action which I said/did.

Guilt. Although, since I am perfect in every aspect, I feel no guilt.

Indifference is the worst emotion to feel. At least with every other emotion you know that you still can feel, and all emotions come with their opposite counterpart.
Indifference is horrible becuase there's no way out.

For me, by far the worst emotion that I feel is a mix between anxiety and not being able to remember something. The most common instance is when I can't remember if I had to do something, then I spend the whole day wondering what that thing was and I feel like it will hit me with its negative outcome at any second. When the bad thing happens, at least that I know that it's over.

Jealousy. It fucken eats at you man.
