Colours you associate with days?

Most people associate colours with certain days.
Like my Monday is a dark green, and my Thursday a dark purple. My Wednesday is a bright orange.
What about you Newgrounds, what colours make up your week?

Uhh I don't think I do that. If I had to I'd just go with
Monday-Red (rage on mondays, red the colour of the blood pouring in the streets)
Tuesday- Orange (cuz tuesdays are alright)
Wednesday-Yellow (wacky wednesdays get a happy colour)
Thursday-Green (need the healing colour of green on a Thursday. Never could get the hang of Thursdays.)
Friday-Blue (Cuz it's time to relax)
Saturday- Indigo (funky fresh!)
Sunday-Purple (time to be creative and weird!)

I used to associate words with other words/things, like if someone said Monday I'd think of a stapler and the smell of fresh plastic for some reason.

However, I don't associate things like that anymore.

This specific manifestation is the grapheme form of Synaesthesia. I have grapheme, and I also see music (forgot the actual term for that one). Grapheme for me, means numbers have colors, words have colors and textures, etc.

I like it, when I listen to music I get my own music videos. Extremely abstract, but awesome nonetheless. Well, why not - here's my days-to-colors:

Monday - Grey (start of the work week, no energy, would rather be home)
Tuesday - Blue (Not as dark as Monday; the calm before the storm)
Wednesday - Purple (Generally busy, halfway to weekend, but usually chaotic)
Thursday - Green (Pay day, things are starting to look up)
Friday - Orange (Work week is almost over, energy is coming back)
Saturday - Red (Day to get things done, on my time - day and night)
Sunday - Gold/Yellow (Shift down to a low gear, relax, and enjoy the rest of the weekend)

I wonder what a therapist would read into this???

I think you're the only person who associates colors with days of the week.
It's called Synesthesia.

Which is very interesting because people who associate colors with anything are often time geniuses... I've read musicians who see sounds as colors... and so when they compose a song, to them... it's literally painting a picture with their song.

The writer of Lolita, Vladimir Nabokov, saw words in colors, like his mother and sister, and when he wrote-- he didn't look at the composition of the word-- but the composition of colors. If you've ever read the beginning of Lolita, it's just so beautiful in how it sounds.

I don't do that, I do associate certain colors with months, but not vice-versa. If I see green, I think of May. If I see purple, I think of February. March and April are both blue, but March is dark blue and April is light blue. September is yellow and October is orange or brown.

I don't really know why seeing these colors makes me think of these months, but it works out that way for some reason.
