Left 4 Dead, they arent technically zombies, but victims of an airborne mutated rabies pathogen type thing, so it would be more realistic to happen.

Resident Evil 5 "zombies" are simply called "infected", but they should count as zombies anyway.
My favorite is Left 4 Dead though.

I Havent played 5, but 4 was good, and from the previews ive seen of 5, thats where resident evil went from you know, typical resident evil to the next step. I still like the older ones better, i think the cheaper graphics really add to the whole element, so yeah, whatever, my favorite is Resident Evil 2
