Anyone randomly get something like this when waiting for newgrounds to load. i randomly get it. then when i refresh it's normal again.

Sometimes I get it for about one second until NG fully loads. But yeah, if it happens to you, reloading the page always works.

I do get that sometimes. Rarely. The solution is, as you know, simply to refresh the page, so nothing to fret over.

since only mobile internet browsers have such a slow connection and can still go on the internet. the site is giving you the mobile version because it does'nt want you to sit there for like an hor waiting for the site to load, so it gives it less to load.

Yeah, when my wireless connection is running pretty damn slow I will sometimes see that page. It's almost like it is a mobile web version of NG or something.

It's the Internet connection, since it's crappy (and if the computer is crappy too), you will be most likely to get a basic html page of Newgrounds since it needs some connection to open all the features and images of Newgrounds.

Sometimes if you are going to the site and it doesn't load to fast that comes up. That comes up at school for me.

Happens quite a lot due to shitty internet connection. I found clearing my cache helped make it work a lot better.

Yeah man. This is what it looks like before CSS. It means whoever designed the site did their job correctly and separated content from presentation (that's right out of my web design book, bitches). Anyway, get the FireFox Web Developer Add-on and you can turn CSS off on any page and see what they look like with just the basic (x)html. Looks like you're using Chrome, though.

Long story short, it's not a big issue. You're just seeing the lag time while your computer gets the CSS file from Newgrounds. It's happened to me a few times, but isn't a common occurrence. I wouldn't recommend clearing your cache to solve the issue, because then you have to download the CSS file again, which would take longer.

I get it when i use my cell phone as a modem out camping, but not on cable internet, i think is caused by slow internet.
