well, can i draw it then resize it in ms paint? cuz i dont have a legit drawing pprogram

ok Sir Night Owl i decied to redo my old wizard on this free art program i just got for fun today called ArtRage so here is the new version, the color is stronger since its not hand drawn so i will leave it up to you if you want to replace the old one, put both versions in, or not use it at all since it looks like crud, up close it looks a bit pixalated but thats the best that program can do, the lines in it look weird since i used the marker tool to draw it, but this time around its sized right :) 350 x 620

ok this isn't really an entry since it sucks but i am putting it on here to inspire someone with actual artistic talent to draw some sort of ghost or phantom since every castle needs one :)
