I've been doing my part and working to chip away at the under 200 votes list. While doing so, I stumbled across a cute submission called, "If I Ruled Design!!"

Check it out! It will probably have over 200 votes by the time you see it. In case you haven't read Wade's post, we are switching over to a 200 vote threshold for submissions that are under judgement. Before we can do so, however, we need to be sure all our existing submissions have over 200 votes - otherwise thousands of submissions would suddenly appear as "under judgement!"

Since Wade's post, the list now contains less than 8,000 items. There's a lot of work left to do, but together we can make it happen! The new system is almost here!

As of 01/10/2004 at 02:00, 7,993 entries remain under 200 votes. We need 128,304 votes to clear the list.

GO VOTE ON THESE OLD SUBMISSIONS!

I've been doing a few thousand a day for the past few weeks. I did most of them yesterday, and today for some reason it thinks I already voted on all of those. I get the "Error - it looks like you have already voted for this movie today. You'll have to wait until tomorrow before you can vote on it again!" message on pretty much every submission I try to vote on.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Is there a new time the NG clock resets which ISP's voted on what?

Ive been doing my part on clearing the list. I think it would be better to show the file size before we click on it. That way we can search for all the small crap and eliminate it much faster.

To the person above me, stop using that picture! Using the same picture again and again when it's unrelated to the topic is called picture spamming and could get you a ban.
As for the topic, it's down to 80 pages, so we're getting somewhere.

it's not about the page count.

if you had only 10 pages left, but each page was filled with 100 movies that needed 50 votes... that's gonna take a long long time to clear.

but if you had 100 pages left, but each page had 100 movies needing only 1 vote (i.e. they're all at 199)... then heck, one person can do it all by himself in one day, since he won't have to vote on more than 1 movie.

Votecount is what's important. And it's down to around 125,000.

It used to be above 650,000. So... there ya go. Down to about 20% of the votes needed compared to September. That shows the progress way more than the fact that it's dropped down from 160 pages to 80 pages (only half). Pages are going to start clearing faster and faster, almost exponentially.

I have also the same problem with the error message saying I already voted on movies today, but I just woke up...
Is there any bug or something like that today ?

everything is working fine for me:S

wot Tom shud do, is award 5(or sum other sensible amount) extra experience points for voting on 100(or another sensible amount) of these movies..that would soom clear the list
