Just type in your birthday, i.e. 71581, and it will tell you the starting digit at where your birthday occurs! Mine starts at the 38,169 digit.
Are you in Pi?

Its...kinda pointless...isn't it? I think it's a waste of time to make an algorithm just to get a number like that...

I got 54246. I don't quite understand Pi, though. Could someone explain it to me?

I got 465.280. So, how does this information has any meaning to it?

It's a mathematical constant. It's the ratio of the diameter to the circumference of a perfect circle which is about 3.14 or pi.
My birthday starts at the 132391 mark. It doesn't say how far or close it is from the beginning.

Pi is the ratio of a circles circumference to its diameter, and it's an irrational number (one that cannot be expressed as a fraction because the decimals go and change infinitely (i.e. you would find an irrational number measuring the length of something real).

Thanks you two. I understand it slightly more clearly now. I don't think I'm really capable of fully understanding it, so this is probably the most that I can.

Someday you'll study irrational numbers at school. Then, you'll probably understand it.

Every circle is the same shape. The only thing that changes is the size. However the ratio of the circumference to the diameter will always remain the same as long as it's a circle.
If you have a circle of 1 inch in diameter then the circumference will be 3.14 inches. If you have a circle of 100 feet in diameter then the circumference will be 314 feet. Pi is that constant.

I don't get what the point of writing an algorithm like this is, but hey, I'll jump on the bandwagon and find my birthday in pi: 83865.
Just fucking listen to it.

Everyone is in Pi. Pi is an infinite number.
This means that, theoretically, any sequence of numbers, no matter how long, will eventually occur in Pi. In fact, any sequence of numbers can occur an infinite amount of time in PI. Numbers are just concepts, and as such, you can do some pretty trippy shit with them.
